Event Description
Places and People: Mutual Transformations explores the theme of place, and how spaces – both tangible and intangible, and natural and man-made – are shaped by people and how places, in turn, can also lend meaning to human experience. Twenty volumes spanning centuries reflect the interconnectedness of physical and imagined locations and the individuals and communities who experience and inhabit them.
