2020 Gleeson Library | Geschke Center Art+Feminism Wikipedia Edit-A-Thon

2020 Gleeson Library | Geschke Center Art+Feminism Wikipedia Edit-A-Thon

This women's history month, join us for conversation and a communal updating of Wikipedia entries on subjects related to art and feminism. People of all gender identities and expressions welcomed and encouraged to attend. Bring your laptop, if you have one, and feel free to drop in or stay for the entire time.

The Library will provide:
• Tutorials for beginner Wikipedians,
• Suggestions for entries that need editing,
• Reliable research materials,
• And refreshments!

Learn about some quick things you can do to get ready for the edit-a-thon. (Don't worry, we'll cover this at the edit-a-thon, too!)

Registration for this event is appreciated, but definitely not required!

*Art+ Feminism are students, librarians, professors, artists, art workers, and art lovers who create meaningful changes to the body of knowledge available about feminism and the arts on Wikipedia.
